Pharmacogenomics is an exciting and rapidly developing technology, so it is important that we can access the necessary skills to be able to utilise it effectively. To do this, we are based in more than one country to make it easier to bring the necessary skills together in one company. Being based in the two countries also allows us to work more closely with other companies and academic groups who can benefit from applying this approach to their own activities.
